Oolong tea is of Theaceae derived from China, including many kinds but only 10 kinds are classified into hi-end products “Ten Famous Teas”. In the feudal time, it has another name “Dragon Tea Leave”, that is, “dragon leave for King’s use”. Chinese people knew how to drink Oolong tea since B.C 2500 years, then introduced and developed popularly in Taiwan and then well-known all over the world. This hi-end tea is only suitable with high land with temperate climate, at the same time requires a fresh technology process from cultivation to processing. |
