FEATURE AND FUNCTION:

• The dryer is combined to bucket elevator and furnace to be a perfect drying system. The dryer is used to dry grains as corn, paddy, rice, bean,… Especially the dryer can combine in a rice processing line, moisture content of output is suitable to export standar: (14-15)%.
• Storing tower is made of several tiers and assemble following vertically way to increase storing capacity and reduce installation area, increase touching of hot air to grain. There are 5 star shaft which assembled at the bottom of tower, so moiture of grain is equal.
• Grain after drying is high uniform in moisture content, aberration of moisture content is less than 0.5%.
• The centrifugal fan is designed optimal for dryer with high effective, low noise, low energy consumption.
• In case, we not supply heat, the drying system will become a cooling system.
• Low temperature for drying, low fuel consumption, broken rate after drying: (1¸2)%.
• Firm structure, mechanical durability is high.
• Fuel consumption: 1000 kcal/1kg water » (5¸6) kg of coal / tons of rice.
• Reducing of moisture content: (2-3)%/hour
