latex concentrates

With a view to diversifying the company products, meeting demand from customers, in 2004 the company established a factory processing latex concentrate with a capacity of 5,000 tons per year, using technology from Germany, with help from Mr Pierre Michel, director of CROP company, working as technical consultant.

In 2005 January, the company sold the first lot which was highly satisfactory to the customer.  At present, Latex products produced by the company are fewer than demand from customers.

Natural Rubber Latex Concentrate, processed at the company by means of a centrifugal method and totally conserved with ammonia, comprises three main types with the common trade mark as LATEX.

Latex HA, which is a product from centrifugal method, after concentrated  is conserved only with ammonia with a base concentration of not lower than 0.60% (m/m) in comparison with the latex mass.

Latex LA, which is a product from centrifugal method, after concentrated is conserved with ammonia together with other chemicals, and has a base concentration not higher than 0.29 (m/m) compared with the Latex mass. 

Latex LA tz, which is a product from centrifugal method, after concentrated is conserved with Lauric acid and plumb oxide  for stabilization of MST.
