PRODUCTS INTRODUCE:
1. MICA
Muscovite, also known as white mica(chemical composition Kal2(Si3Alo10) (OH,F) 2), is a lamellar structure aluminum silicate exhibiting high stability of physical and chemical properties. They are normally used filler material in painting, rubber and plastic products, and it becomes increasingly popular in application in electrode, fire extinguishing agent, electronic products, oil well drilling, pearlescent pigments and other industries. 2. VERMICULITE
Vermiculite is a natural, with layer construction and inter laminar water silicate minerals, it begins water loss and expands because of the high temperature, Raw vermiculite could be expanding 8-20 times when it is heated. Expanded vermiculite have low density: 130-180kg/m3 meanwhile have strong heat transfer coefficient. The application of vermiculite: friction materials, filtration material, insulation materials, painting, rubber, refractories, chemical and so on.. Expanded vermiculite applied to roof, could expect good response of avoid high temperature, It is cool in summer and warm in winter, Tall building partition with Vermiculite brick construction, have effect of noise-proof, moisture-proof, meanwhile reducing load building. Vermiculite powder mainly used in Currency techno-termfire resistive coating results show that when the thickness of the dry film is 10mm, the fire-resistant time of the coating could last over two hours according to GA98-1995.
3.QUARTZ
Quartz is hard, wear resistance and stable chemical properties mineral composed of SiO2, Quartz powder occurs in milky white, or color less translucency with Mohs hardness 7.Quartz is widely used in glass industry to produce sheet glass , special glass and glass block, as well as all kinds of glass products, Quartz powder could be used as molding sand in the foundry, in Metallurgical industry, quartz is the raw material for the production of filler material, solvent and silicon metals, quartz is also used in the production of refractory material including refractory brick and other refractory productions, it could also be used as auxiliary material in Cement industry and raw material in Chemical to produce sodium silicate, colloidal silica, desiccant, catalyst for oil refinery, external wall and road paint, ect…..
